Teresa's Super Kick

The Lat Workout A friend and MUA (Make-Up Artist), Isy Ryder-Healey, organised a photo shoot last Sunday (15 February 2015).  It’s a beauty shoot that we can use for our portfolio.  I’m also asked to do an environmental portrait to place the model in the field playing soccer.  This is a good opportunity to shoot beauty again.  I haven’t been shooting models for quite some time now and I was afraid of getting rusted. Our model was Teresa Yuol.  She’s a very jolly and photogenic!  I love her moves as I don’t need to fully direct her to pose.  It just flows out smoothly from her.  She’s an athlete-model playing for UNSW Eastern Union in Super League in 2011.  She loves to play soccer (she specifically said it's 'Football') on a Striker. She said, she first played soccer (or football) in a very young age of 14 year old!  Her position back then was right midfielder for Rooty Hill RSL soccer club for 3 years.  As time passes by, she advanced positions until such time she became a

Wentworth Falls Last Saturday we went to Katoomba, Blue Mountains to do the famous Wentworth Falls walk.  We modified the walk.  We started at Wentworth Falls Picnic Area going to Conservation Hut (3 hours).  This is not a circuit, or a loop.  Thus you need two cars at both endpoints to manuever around.  But in the last 10 minutes before arriving at the Conservation Hut, we decided to take the other fork on the road to do the Overcliff Track (30 minutes).  Taking the Overcliff Track made our walk a circuit – a loop.   We started at 7:40am and ended 12:40pm.  We’re walking for 5 hours.  It's not bad as we have plenty of rest and enough time to take photos and fly a drone. Wentworth Falls Lookout Attractions, Points of Interest and Views Wentworth falls is packed with sceneries and views.  There is a lookout at the Picnic Area, but it's limited.  You have to do the walk to ultimately digest what you see.  Not everyone is interested bush walking and would prefer the comfort of the

Hidden Valley of the Sun One of the places I wanted to revisit was Wentworth Falls.  I've been here a few times now.  I went last Saturday (31 January 2015) and that's my forth time being there.  This place has amazing scenery very different from the city.  Since this is a popular walk, you'll meet a handful of people along the way.  The entire circuit is well maintained, thus track signs are every where, safety railings are present, foot steps are created and the trails are clear.   Attractions, Points of Interest and Views There are many waterfalls, amazing natural landscapes and scenic views if you finish the Wentworth Falls track.  As I was walking, I keep track of the landmarks I encounter.  Since I've been here before, I know these landmarks already (but I kept of forgetting their names): Charles Darwin Walk Queen’s Cascade Grand Stairway Wentworth Falls National Pass Lillian’s Glen Den Fenella Lodore Falls Sylvia Falls Empress Falls Isabel Creek Lyrebird Lookout
