Just a few months ago, I did an interview with a widely respected trainer and nutritionist, Alan Aragon.  Back then, he did an Australian tour, seminar, talks and interviews.  Athletic IQ gave me this opportunity.  Not only did I learned something about evidence based nutrition, I got videos and some good photos.  I made a blog post on how I did this interview and made 3 high quality video interviews in Adventscape's Youtube channel:


Daniel Hedger, editor for Ironman Mag Australia, did a separate interview with Alan.  They made an article in August 2015 issue (Volume 22 No.7) of Ironman Magazine.  I had been in contact with him for the usage of my photos.  Since Ironman Mag will also use photos in which Paolo and Robbie are included, I gave a heads up to Athletic IQ.

Talking With Daniel & Paolo

It’s all about communication.  These types of transaction are rare, spontaneous and open.  You just need to put everything on the table and be honest.  It’s a pleasure talking to Daniel and having a conversation with Paolo.

Jenn and Ogie Highlight Wedding Film

Jenn Mclachlan on her Wedding Day Jenn looked very stunning on her wedding day.  She's calm and eager to go through the day with energy and excitement.  Her bridesmaids are all helpful to Jenn and very lovely.  Ogie is equally calm and excited.  He and his groomsmen all talked about previous experiences.  It seems that they are very solid mates.
